Sports and activity have always, and will always, play a huge part in my life. I’ve been training in gyms for over 19 years. I will try anything physical at least once, if it involves movement and challenge, I’m there!

I completed my Master’s degree in Sports Nutrition in 2013, focusing my research on muscle building and supplements. I’ve been a personal trainer and have supported many athletes nutritionally over the last 9 years. I have the knowledge and experience to help you excel in your sport.
